On the login screen, tap Forgot password? and you'll get a reset link by email. If you signed up using Apple or Google sign-in, you don't have a password at all, so tap the Apple or Google button and you'll be logged straight back in. If you're not receiving the reset email, check your spam folder or contact us at support@babygently.com and it can be sorted quickly.

Install the app on your new phone and log in with the same account you used before. Your subscription is tied to your Apple ID or Google Play account, not the device. Once you're logged in, tap the settings icon, then Restore purchases. Everything should reappear within a few seconds. If it doesn't, contact support@babygently.com with your account email and it can be investigated.

Subscriptions are managed through Apple or Google, not inside the app itself.

On iPhone or iPad: Go to Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions, then Baby Gently, then Cancel Subscription.

On Android: Open the Google Play Store, open Menu, tap Subscriptions, choose Baby Gently, then Cancel Subscription.

You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period. If you're having trouble finding it, Apple and Google both have help pages that walk you through it step by step.

First, try closing the app completely and reopening it. If that doesn't work, check your internet connection. The app needs to fetch content when you first open a new week, though it caches everything locally after that. If it's still not working, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Your account and subscription are stored remotely, so you won't lose anything. If none of that helps, email support@babygently.com and share what you're seeing.

Yes. Tap the settings icon on any week view, then Edit baby details. You can update your baby's name, birth date, sex, feeding method, or partner status at any time. The app will recalculate the current week if you change the birth date, and the content you see will adjust to match the new details.

Tap the settings icon, scroll to the bottom, and you'll see Delete account and Request my data.

Delete account removes everything permanently: your profile, saved preferences, and any notes or logs. Your subscription remains active through Apple or Google until you cancel it separately.

Request my data sends you an email with everything stored about you, including your profile, content viewing history, and any support messages. You'll receive it within 48 hours.

Mostly. Once you've opened a week, the content is cached locally so you can read it without an internet connection. You'll need a connection to unlock a new week for the first time, update your subscription status, or sync changes if you use multiple devices.

The app is available worldwide through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. The medical guidance is based on NHS, AAP, and WHO standards, which are widely recognised. Country-specific details like vaccination schedules are not included because they vary by location, so always follow your local health service guidance.

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google, not directly in the app. If you're within the first few days of subscribing and feel the app isn't what you expected, you can request a refund through your app store account.
